Terms of Service

1. Who we are. raccooncapitalco.com (the "Store") is operated by Rivet Solutions LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company doing business as Raccoon Capital ("Raccoon Capital," "we," "us"). By visiting the Store or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Store.
2. We sell clothing, not financial services. Raccoon Capital is an apparel brand. We are not a bank, investment adviser, broker-dealer, fund, or financial institution of any kind. References to a "holding company," "capital," "the board," "portfolios," "quarterly results," "liquidation" or "the Chairman" are fictional brand storytelling and humor. Nothing on the Store is financial, investment, legal or tax advice, and no purchase is an investment.
3. Who can buy. You must be at least 18, or the age of majority where you live, to place an order. If you are younger, a parent or guardian must place the order and accept these Terms for you.
4. Made-to-order products. Every item is printed after you order it. Product images are digital mockups of the actual blank and design. Colors and print placement can vary slightly between screens and garments. Size charts are approximate (±1 inch).
5. Orders, pricing and payment. All prices are in US dollars. Taxes and shipping are calculated at checkout. Placing an order is an offer to buy; we accept it when we send your order confirmation. We may refuse or cancel an order, and refund you in full, if a product is unavailable, an obvious pricing or listing error occurs, or we suspect fraud. Payments are processed securely by our payment providers; we never see or store your full card number.
6. Limited drops. Seasonal and limited products (for example Halloween, Black Friday and holiday drops) are sold for a limited time and may be retired permanently. Holiday delivery deadlines are good-faith estimates, not guarantees.
7. Shipping and refunds. Our Shipping Policy and Refund Policy are part of these Terms.
8. Our designs belong to us. All artwork, characters (including the Chairman and Count Dumpula), the Raccoon Capital name and logos, the gold-ringed tail mark, product names, slogans, photos and site text are owned by Rivet Solutions LLC or used under license, and are protected by copyright and trademark law. Buying a product gives you the physical item, not the right to copy, reproduce, resell copies of, or create merchandise from our designs. Any unauthorized use is prohibited.
9. Your messages and reviews. If you send us feedback, reviews, photos or ideas, you allow us to use them to run and promote the Store without payment, and you confirm you have the right to share them. We may remove content at our discretion.
10. Fair use of the Store. Don't use the Store for anything unlawful, try to disrupt or hack it, scrape it with bots, place fraudulent orders, or impersonate anyone.
11. Third-party services. The Store runs on Shopify. Orders are produced and shipped by our fulfillment partner and by shipping carriers. Their own terms may also apply to the services they provide.
12. Disclaimers. Apart from the replacement and refund rights in our Refund Policy and any rights you have by law, the Store and products are provided "as is." To the extent the law allows, we disclaim implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
13. Limitation of liability. To the fullest extent the law allows, Rivet Solutions LLC and its members, employees and partners are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the order involved.
14. Indemnity. You agree to cover our losses and reasonable legal costs if you break these Terms or misuse the Store.
15. Governing law and disputes. These Terms are governed by Wyoming law. If something goes wrong, contact us first; most issues get solved within a few days. If we can't resolve it within 30 days, either of us may bring a claim in the state or federal courts located in Natrona County, Wyoming, or in small-claims court where you live.
16. Changes. We may update these Terms from time to time. The version posted on the Store when you place an order applies to that order.
17. General. If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. These Terms, with our Shipping, Refund and Privacy Policies, are the entire agreement between you and us about the Store.
