Timing
Production takes 2–5 business days, then transit usually takes 3–5 business days. Busy seasons can add a few days. Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding US holidays.
Tracking
You'll get a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships. Orders with several items may arrive in separate packages at no extra cost.
Holiday order deadlines (US standard shipping)
- Halloween: order by October 20
- Christmas: order by December 11
These deadlines are good-faith estimates, since carrier delays are outside our control.
Address accuracy
Please double-check your address at checkout. We aren't responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address entered by the customer. If a package comes back to us, we'll reship it once you confirm the right address; reshipping may cost extra.
Lost or delayed packages
If tracking hasn't updated for 7 business days, or shows delivered but you can't find it, email hello@raccooncapitalco.com and we'll sort it out with the carrier. See Returns & Replacements.
