Every Raccoon Capital piece is printed to order and usually arrives within 5–9 business days of ordering.
Where we ship. We currently ship to addresses in the United States.

Timing. Production takes 2–5 business days, then transit usually takes 3–5 business days. Busy seasons can add a few days. Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding US holidays.
Tracking. You'll get a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships. Orders with several items may arrive in separate packages at no extra cost.
Holiday order deadlines (US standard shipping).
- Halloween: order by October 20
- Christmas: order by December 11
These deadlines are good-faith estimates, since carrier delays are outside our control.
Address accuracy. Please double-check your address at checkout. We aren't responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address entered by the customer. If a package comes back to us, we'll reship it once you confirm the right address; reshipping may cost extra.
Lost or delayed packages. If tracking hasn't updated for 7 business days, or shows delivered but you can't find it, email hello@raccooncapitalco.com and we'll sort it out with the carrier. See our Refund Policy for replacements.
